Omar Mozahem graduated from the WVU school of medicine with a bachelor’s of science degree in Exercise Physiology. Omar is a fighter and a volunteer firefighter who’s looking forward to work with people who are serious about training.

Omar promises results for those who are willing to put in the work and believes in progression through consistency and balance. Omar focuses on long term goals rather than short term goals to ensure longevity and overall skeletal, heart, and mental health

and beyond for his clients! He has over 11 years of training experience at Pro
Performance and strives to make people healthier, feel better about themselves, relieve
stress, and gain the ability to hit their fitness goals, whatever they may be. Some of his
